Explicit human control for production buyer checkout. Do not auto-enable. Checklist status is operator-editable and does not flip checkout by itself.
Calls use
NEXT_PUBLIC_API_URL with cookies. Requires platform.admin.Launch checklist matrix
Defaults PENDING. Mark PASS/FAIL with notes after running each gate. Stored in localStorage (or synced from API when available).
